Dear sir/madam,
Am starting online business l would like to find out which type of computer should l start with , due to my following reasons.
1. l need to boost my online business 24 hour,
2. still have little capital to buy expensive system but have to load alot.
3. l need computer which can process online payments, like invoicing load pics, and calls
4. Able to be on at least 11 hours out of 24

All most all computers in the market match your requirements, but you should buy one with good quality if you want it operating longer ,I recommend you buy a Lenovo ,they have many levels of laptops, and most important aspect is it have a good quality and low price , i have brought one in 2012 when I started my colleague life ,and it have been working very well for 5 years

I recommend a Linux based operating system like Lubuntu which will give even older computers these abilities.

I want to answer your doubt that you were looking for a PC in low budget for Online Business.
No doubt your work in not too heavy or more processing, so you could go with a PC having following configurations:
RAM – 2 – 4 GB
RoM – 512 GB 1 TB(1TB is quite large storage for your work)
Processor – I would recommend you to go with i3 as your work is not too much processing.
₹10,000/- (150$) is enough for Desktop only if other parts are required you could go as per your budget and preferences…
