When compared to cream cheese, the cream cheese spread is easier to use. Moreover, the cream cheese spread has a longer shelf life when compared to normal cream cheese.

Cream Cheese comes in various types which depend on the type of cheese used. The type of cheese also depends on the texture, length of aging, methods of making, kind of milk used and fat content.
