Both drugs are composed of 5 mg. of oxycodone and 325 mg. of acetaminophen. Oxycodone is an opioid. These two drugs are indicated for moderate to severe pain which cannot be treated by ordinary painkillers such as analgesics. Both drugs are available in oral doses as well as liquid doses.

These two drugs have the following adverse effects, such as: shallow breathing, slow heartbeat, feelings of light-headedness, fainting, confusion, unusual thoughts or behaviors, seizure (convulsions), nausea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, itching, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the sclera).
