You get 30 days free trial period, after which you can subscribe to the Spotify Premium Student plan for $4.99 per month, which gives you access to Spotify Premium offerings as well as the basic ad-supported Hulu plan and SHOWTIME Streaming Service. So, you get three services with just one plan.

How does the Hulu Spotify thing work?

First, log in to your Spotify Premium for Students account and go to the account page. You have to tap on Activate Hulu under the Account overview section and you get access to Hulu (ad-supported) with the Spotify Premium plan. So, you can enjoy music and TV together with this bundle.
