    Assessments :: process assessments focus on identifying improvement area for a particular project

    Evaluations :: process evaluations are focused on identifying the risks associated with a particular project

    This is to inform us the difference between assesment and evaluation, As I can notice it is a mere fact that they are really confusing on our part but as I try to look and search for more information about these matters.It concludes that Assesment focuses on the improvement of the learners while Evaluation is more objective-subjective type.
