Difference Between Christians and Muslims

Christians vs Muslims

Christians and Muslims are different in many ways. Christians follow Christianity while Muslims follow Islam. Christians and Muslims also have different supreme beings that they worship. Christians worship God while the Muslims worship Allah. Another difference between these two religious followers is their place of worship. While Muslims praise and worship their God in the mosque, Christians, on the other hand, worship their God in the church. The Christians and the Muslims also have a different belief when it comes to the person that they consider as their Savior and prophet. While Christians have Jesus as their Savior, the Muslims, on the other hand, have Muhammad as their prophet. As for their preachers, Christians have their priests while the Muslims have their Imam. The Christians and Muslims have a different symbol in their religions as well. For Muslims, they have the crescent and the star while the Christians have the cross. The Christians and Muslims also have differences in the scriptures that they base their faith upon. Christians follow the Bible while Muslims follow the Qur’an.

Christians and Muslims have differences when it comes to their sub-religions as well. Although both Christians and Muslims have various sectors or sub-religions which make both communities more diverse, when it comes to beliefs, their sub-religions differ as well apart from their main religions, Christianity and Muslim, respectively. For Christians, they have sub-religions such as: Roman Catholic, Protestant, East Orthodox Churches, and many more. On the other hand, some Muslims follow Sunni Islam, Shia Islam, or Sufi Islam.

Both religious followers have a very diverse community because of the various sub-religions as aforementioned. And along with these many sub-religions, there are also a lot of customs that are followed. Muslims show their faith and worship through the Five Pillars of Islam. The 1st pillar is testimony which involves a creed to be recited under oath. This creed is about worshipping Allah alone and no other God or being. The 2nd pillar is prayer. Muslims call their prayer Salat or Salah. Salat should be done five times a day. The 3rd pillar is fasting or sawm which usually happens in the month of Ramadhan. In this particular month, Muslims fast from food and drink, and it is usually done from dawn up until dusk. The 4th pillar would be almsgiving or zakat. Almsgiving is considered as a religious obligation as they believe that their wealth is trust from Allah’s bounty. The 5th pillar is pilgrimage or hajj. In this particular pillar, Muslims are encouraged to go on a pilgrimage to the city of Mecca.

As for Christians, they follow several creeds that profess their faith to God. They also follow the Seven Holy Sacraments. These sacraments would include: Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Holy Orders, Confession, Anointing of the Sick, and Matrimony. Although Christians also pray, they still have a difference when it comes to the set of prayers.

SUMMARY:

1.Christians and Muslims have a different Supreme Being and place of worship.

2.Christians and Muslims differ in their Savior or prophet and preacher.

3.Christians and Muslims differ in symbols and scriptures.

4.Christians and Muslims differ in their sub-religions.

5.Christians and Muslims differ in their customs.

  1. Whoever wrote this is ignorant. Allah means God in Arabic. Muslims and Christians pray to the SAME God, and Jesus is a Prophet in both religions.

The person who wrote this piece should do better research. They’ll find that there are many similarities between Christianity and Islam/Christians and Muslims. It’s clear that the person who wrote this wants to focus on differences….even if they are not completely true.

And yes, I understand that this site is about “The Difference Between”, but I there should be accountability for inaccuracies.

    Very sad and very ignorant.

    • You are 100% right. After reading this I was quick irked and your post sums it up thanks DJ!

      • Some clarification. Jews and Christians worship the god of Abraham. Moslems worship the god of Ibrahim. Abraham and Ibrahim are one in the same, so their gods are the same.

        • *sigh.

Like I said, the character of the God in both religions are entirely different.

And how does one know the character of the Christian and Muslim God respectively? By reading the Bible and Koran respectively of course.

They are not the same. They couldnt be further from each other

          • your mentally retarded or something because these two religions have most in common than any other two just ISLAM doesnt believe in Jesus also being GOD like DJ Allah is God is arabic !!even jesus name changes for arab which is said ISA by the christians in the middle east!!!!!!!! another example just in case you havent understood.. MUSA = MOSES ,,go educate yourself more!!!!!!!!

    • This article is poorly done but I would not say that all the information is incorrect. Both religions stemmed from the one God but then the Muslim faith has become one in its own. They have revised God into something else to fit with what they want. They have created a false idle. They use the name of God to do what they please and have made up their own guidelines to better suit them. Therefore they have created a new religion.

    • I’m Christian Roman Catholic and what you said Dj it’s true.( I agree in everything you said )

    • agreed! this is not correct and should be understood that it is wrong.

    • You’re wrong. We Christians do not consider Jesus a prophet but the Saviour , the son of God , Lamb of God so God incarnated who came to earth to take upon Himself the sins of the world (even of the infidels Muslims who deny the Savior ).For Christians Jesus represents much more than Muhammad is the for Muslims , Jesus can not be compared to Muhammad.
Jesus is God , as he lived on Earth He never sinned , He was a clean man as tear , was was a very good man who preached only about forgiveness
who preached only about forgiveness who has done wonders ( that rose people from the dead , who healed the sick , that has fed many poor by multiplying fish and bread for the crowd and that He himself was born of a Virgin , His birth being prophesied hundreds even thousands of years ago in the Old Testament that mention where the Messiah will be born , that He will be born of a Virgin , that He will be rejected by the people of Israel , that will do wonders and that will die and be resurrected three days climbing at the right of the Heavenly Father in Heaven) and last but not least Jesus was crucified , died and rose again the third day as was prophesied many years ago before His arrival in the world.
And now I ask you Muslims , why is your Muhammad higher or at least equal to Jesus ? Did Muhammad has done wonders ? (Of course he didn’t he really was a ”prophet” of the sword that killed many people and incited to violence and hate),Did he was born from a virgin ? ( No, of course. He was born from normal parents ; his dad died when his mother was pregnant with him and she was a normal woman) Did he rose from the dead ? (No , of course.Didn’t he has a tomb in Medina at Al-Masjid al-Nabawī ? )Did he was a man without sins ? (No I bet because he himself asked for forgiveness from God)
And another thing I want to ask Muslims…
In what way they can prove that Christians and Jews books (Christian Bible with the New Testament and Jewish Torah with Old Testament) have been corrupted of its believers when in different parts of Asia Minor many manuscripts have been found in ancient Greek language , Aramaic, Hebrew and Arabic attesting the same content of both the Old and New Testaments ?
Yet Muslims claim that the Qur’an absolutely perfect ? I say otherwise , read more historical facts than nonsense of its book
In the Qur’an can be find a lot of contradictions :
”Who suffers loss if Muhammad was wrong? Sura 34:50 commands Muhammad to say, “If I go astray, I go astray only to my own loss,” which is a severe factual error in the Qur’an as well as contradicting the teaching of the Qur’an in a number of other verses.”

” Who Was the First Muslim? Muhammad [6:14, 163], Moses [7:143], some Egyptians [26:51], or Abraham [2:127-133, 3:67] or Adam, the first man who also received inspiration from Allah [2:37]? ”

”Will Allah reward the good deeds of Unbelievers? S. 9:17 and 9:69 clearly say no. However, S. 99:7 implies yes. Moreover, S. 2:62 promises Christians reward for their good deeds. But S. 9:28-33; 5:17, 72-73 calls Christians idolaters, and S. 9:17 is very clear that idolaters will have no reward.”

”Should Muslims show kindness to their parents? On the one hand, the Quran commands all Muslims to show kindness to their parents, even if they are disbelievers [17:23-24, 31:14-15, 29:8, etc.]. On the other hand, it demands not to show any love or friendship to those who oppose Muhammad, even if they are their parents [9:23, 58:22].”

”And it just doesn’t add up: Sura 4:11-12 and 4:176 state the Qur’anic inheritance law. When a man dies, and is leaving behind three daughters, his two parents and his wife, they will receive the respective shares of 2/3 for the 3 daughters together, 1/3 for the parents together [both according to verse 4:11] and 1/8 for the wife [4:12] which adds up to more than the available estate. A second example: A man leaves only his mother, his wife and two sisters, then they receive 1/3 [mother, 4:11], 1/4 [wife, 4:12] and 2/3 [the two sisters, 4:176], which again adds up to 15/12 of the available property.”

”How many angels were talking to Mary? When the Qur’an speaks about the announciation of the birth of Jesus to the virgin Mary, Sura 3:42,45 speaks about (several) angels while it is only one in Sura 19:17-21. (This article has received many Muslim responses which are quoted or linked and/or discussed at the end of the article.)”

”Further numerical discrepancies Does Allah’s day equal to 1,000 human years (Sura 22:47, 32:5) or 50,000 human years (Sura 70:4)? — According to Sura 56:7 there will be THREE distinct groups of people at the Last Judgement, but 90:18-19, 99:6-8, etc. mention only TWO groups. — There are conflicting views on who takes the souls at death: THE Angel of Death [32:11], THE angels (plural) [47:27] but also “It is Allah that takes the souls (of men) at death.” [39:42] Angels have 2, 3, or 4 pairs of wings [35:1]; but Gabriel had 600 wings. [Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 455]
How many days did Allah need to destroy the people of Aad? One day [54:19] or several days [41:16; 69:6,7] ”

And the list goes on…Not to mention errors and contradictions regarding Jesus in Qur’an

      • everyone has a choice!!!!!!! it is up to us to decid wheter we will stay on the right path or go astray!! So jesus gave up his life you say to save us???? how about murderers rapist they die this way they wont be saved it bullshit!!! Than IF jesus was really son of GOD than to me his death by now is pointless

    • “Very sad and very ignorant.” You need to read more and spout less.

    as brother Ahmed said

  5. “For Muslims, they have the crescent and the star while the Christians have the cross.”

ِِAbout theses symbols they are used only to calculate the timing, displaying months and no more, and not religion-related symbols.

    some thing else ..

At Rammadan, it’s not only mean fasting from food and drink, it’s for what does it mean, what’s the feeling.

To make us feel our Muslim brother poor, their extent of hunger and thirst and their suffering and all this for the pleasure of Allah Almighty.

  6. I couldn’t get past what is written above: “Christians and Muslims also have different supreme beings that they worship. Christians worship God while the Muslims worship Allah.”

Really?! You’re kidding, right? Christianity and Islam (and Judaism, for that matter) are monotheistic religions that worship the same God of Abraham–the man who almost sacrificed his son. You can read about the story of Abraham in the Torah, Bible, and Koran. “Allah” is simply the Arabic word for God. The major differences between Christianity and Islam are the show of piety, the belief that Jesus was a prophet, not the literal son of God, and the belief that Muhammed was the last prophet. Both Christians and Muslims agree that Jesus will return on the day of judgment. So no matter which religion you follow, be good to each other.

    • Dear Emily O,

Well noted, Christians believe in the trinity concept introduced many centuries later at Christian Councils http://www.why-christians-convert-to-islam.com
AFTER Allah (God) had raised Jesus (pbuh) (His messenger and prophet) from Earth to Heaven despite the false claim of his resurrection as presented by Christianity.

Correct there is only One God as was confirmed by all prophets and messengers chosen by Allah (God) Himself. As confirmation, Moses (pbuh) revealed in Deuteronomy 6:4 and Jesus (pbuh) revealed in the Bible Mark 12:29-30. The Message as revealed (without fancy adornments) was simply :
“Hear O Israel! The Lord your God is ONE GOD and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your mind, with all your strength.”

Christians believe in terms of the trinity concept that Jesus (pbuh) is god (in Christianity more correctly as “in capitals” God, the Son of God and the Holy Ghost, all co-equal and three-in-one).

Correct, simply Allah is the Arabic word for God. The origins of Islam started with Adam (pbuh) and continued through the other messengers, Abraham, Moses, John, Noah,… Jesus, Mohammed (pbut) and simply to reveal Allah’s message to believe in His Oneness, with no co-equal,no parents, no children, none comparable to Him and there is none worthy of worship besides Him (Alone). Allah (Alone) is the Creator of the Entire Universe, Heavens and Earth and All that it contains and that He alone will be the Master of the Day of Judgement.

For more detailed understanding and major differences between Christianity, Judaism and Islam, there is plenty of literature available on all the Religions, that are available as a means of enlightenment if you wish to read with an “open mind.” I urge you and others visiting this topic to do. That’s all I request you to do (my respected sister) and any other of my other respected brothers and sisters. Allah only wants His Message to mankind to be conveyed truthfully and plainly and for you to be the judge. I found this site by default and
please do check out http://www.islamicbulletin.com and decide on your choice of selection.

      Take care and God bless

      • As-salaamu-alaikum /Peace and Greetings to All

        Dear Respected Brothers and Sisters,

Please do note that where I mentioned (in my earlier posting) as “revealed” by Moses (pbuh) and Jesus (pbuh), should have read as “said” or rather more clearly, as revealed by them through Divine Revelations from Allah (One God).

Please also note that that Muslims DO NOT believe in any deity, deities, idols, moon, sun and all the the numerous gods introduced by mankind associated with Allah (One God). As noted Allah has NO partner, has NO co-equal, has NO son/s, NO mother, NO ancestors, is NO stone,is NO carved idol/s, has NEVER eaten any earthly food, is NO human being, there is NOTHING comparable to Him and there is NONE worthy of Worship besides Him. All Praise is due to Allah Alone.

        Noble Quran Chapter

2: 255. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be Worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter . And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

2: 256. There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut (false deities and false leaders etc) and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.

2: 257. Allah is the Wali (Protector or Guardian) of those who believe. He brings them out from darkness into light. But as for those who disbelieve, their supporters and helpers are Taghut [false deities and false leaders, etc.], they bring them out from light into darkness. Those are the dwellers of the Fire, and they will abide therein forever

        Noble Quran Chapter
3: 67. Abraham was not a Jew, nor yet a Christian; but he was an upright man who had surrendered (to Allah), and he was not of the idolaters.

3:84 : Say (O Muhammad ): “We believe in Allah and in what has been sent down to us, and what was sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma’il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya’qub (Jacob) and Al-Asbat [the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)] and what was given to Musa (Moses), ‘Iesa (Jesus) and the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between one another among them and to Him (Allah) we have submitted (in Islam).”

3: 85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

Please do read the Book “What is His Name” by Ahmed Deedat on the web (google search) which should clearly address for mankind of understanding, the name of God (Allah) which is mentioned in the Bible, be it Y.H.W.H, Yahweh, Adonis, Elohim.

You also welcome to write to me at help.islam786@gmail.com to forward you literature on: Is the Trinity Doctrine Divinely Inspired, What is His Name and any other comparative Religion material to view with an open mind and for you to make your own decision.

May God be pleased with us all.

        Greetings / Was-salaam

      • Thanks to everybody for their info on this article and i just vvanted to knovv if anyone knovvs hovv many prophets vvere their in islam. This is a something in my upcoming test in R.E. Keep up the posts (ur giving more info than the article itself!)

        Thanks

      • The Father, Son (Jesus Christ Savior), and holy spirit are God. To accept the father is to accept his only son Jesus. There are many wise men (prophets), but all the prophesy in the bible points to Jesus to be our savior of all man kind (from family line, to birth place, to his death and resurrection). Blessed be to those who read the bible and seek him. The veil over the eyes and heart may be lifted if you seek his light. Why is it so hard for people to understand that three can be one? If you drop three water droplets in the same place you form one large water droplet. This is example may be to simple for a christian with mature understanding of God because we know that God has three distinct personalities. The water droplets in one spot do not show the separation in its full glory. This can only be done with God and not people (for example a mother can also be a daughter can also be a sister…that is one person where as God is one but yet he is three distinct separate personalities but one God). So as a new seeker of christ, may the water droplet example help give you an idea of the true nature of God but as you grow in your maturity (understanding of the bible) you will know the roles each have for all mankind. From the creator (God) to the savior (jesus) to the holy spirit (counselor and protector and many other roles). If you would like to know more about God and Christian beliefs, seek him first. My heart began my new understanding of Christ with the book of john in the bible. You can’t grasp an object if your hands are closed the same is with your heart.

    • Ask any Muslim if Allah is the same as the Christian God or Yahweh. And vice versa for a Christian and a Jew.

  7. By the way, the Hebrew name for God is “Adonai”. I hope somewhere in this site, you do not publish the mistake that Jews worship a different God than Christians or Muslims.

    • Dear Emily,

The name of God “Adonai” is addressed in the book “What is His Name” by Ahmed Deedat in my earlier posting.

      Kind regards

  8. “Christians and Muslims also have different supreme beings that they worship”

Absolutely mistaken on this one, the reader may think that there is more than one god out there, and that muslims follow one god while christians follow another. God is one! almost all major religions agree on that, the difference is in the understanding of the concept of God within each religion.

    • good evening.the debate about who does what is seem to be misencouraging.it reveals one to be better than the other.believe what makes you interested in God not by way of human priority.
      God bless.

  9. This artile doesn’t do justice or is written for disguise, almost same things are put in differences, if you call a thing differently in different laguages the thing remains same, its just the matter of language and understanding. this article is just written to keep us away from muslims because we have so much differences, thats pathatic, listen to the lectures of Dr.Zakir Naik on you tube which are about chritianity and you will get some education.

    • This section is for you to comment on how to improve this article, which is full of simplified theological concepts that may present a erroneous view of the various faiths

It is not for you to drop subtle suggestions about the superiority of Islam over Christianity. I can direct you to many youtube videos showing Muslims who convert to Chrisitianity too… Doesn’t prove a thing.

  10. This article is acceptable.

  11. The differences in practice do not justify the differences in belief. This kind of writing spreading around will deepen misunderstanding and promote us-them separation. Please stop writing for the sake of those who genuinely desire to know.

  12. To my Muslim brothers and sisters. I agree with this person who has written this article about us(Christians and Muslims) worshiping different gods. We Worship one god (Allah) as it is called by both Christian and Muslim Arabs as well as for Muslims across the world. Christians cannot worship the same God as Muslims because their god is consists of a holy spirit (that floats around giving guidance), an human incarnation of god (Similiar to Krishna in Hinduism), and a main god that not only had a son but even looks like a man. So, in my opinion saying we worship the same God as these Kaffer is Shrik.

    • Dear “Teresa M Clark”

You have a fundamentally flawed understanding of the Christian religion. However I agree with you, that Christians and Muslims cannot possibly worship the same God.

      • whatever your arguments, unless you believe that Jesus is the son of God, and accept Him as your savior you will die in your sin and will not come into the kingdom of God.

  13. The God and Allah’ s Prophets in Christianity and Islam are the same . only the followers thinking and concepts are little different. When all the prophets [Man who were dear and near to God (Allah) ] accept all each other, and accepts all the holy books of one God (Allah). then we should also not make such differences with each other whoever follows and believes in all the prophets and one God (Allah). The basic concepts are same but only some rituals, practices and culture in the communities are different. Both the communities should try to understand each other because both believes in the same God (Allah).

The basic difference which i found in both the communities that is, the Muslims believes and accepts the history of Christianity, Holy Bible, God (Allah) and Jesus as a prophet [Messenger of God (Allah) ] but, Christians don’t accept and believes in the Muslims concepts and ideologies at all.

    • Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and by virtue of the Trinity, God himself. This is a non-negotiable point of faith.

For Muslims, Jesus (Isa) was merely a prophet. To Muslims, to proclaim that Isa is God is shirk, an unforgivable sin.

So the differences are obviously very clear.

If an “elephant” to me is a creature with six legs and three segmented parts, while an “elephant” to you is a creature that has gills and lives in the sea, are you sure we are talking about the same creature, notwithstanding that both of us call it an “elephant”?

  14. exactly right !!!!!
it was written in bible about coming of another prophet.
    namely ahmad (ahmad).
    jesus(isa) alaihi-salam said
but then the original scriptures were changed by people of that time. they made their own diff versions.
one of the real bible is still believed to be preserved in turkey

    • Dear MK ,

In which part saying in the Bible after Jesus coming another like prophet.??

Who is came in first ??

Do you know Jesus born in a Holy way( as muslim also agreed ) But Muhammed born in a sinful way like you and me how came in the world okay .. and Muhammed is praising himself because of HE need to some publicity after his death so he married a small girl when he was in 60 and the girl was in 8 and he used the girl in different way .. and wherever he passing their is he looking more ladies ,like a fucking master general, and like dispossible thing ..

Nothing special in Islam . The Quran saying to kill others ( JIHAD) but The Bible or any other scriptures in the world is not sayin kill another.

And The Quran ( muhammed ) helps to his followers for do the immorality like one man can marry maximum 12 ladies and the minimum age limit is 7 year . after he can Talaq ( 3 times to say one lady ) Like A dispossible thing. What a hell is this. ??

Hindus , Jews, Christians, Jains, Budhas etc .. they are not supporting ( JIHAD, Wives system , Freedom for Women etc. ) but in islam Women considered as slaves of Man.. Why ???Look in Saudi Howmany divorce case and Howmany infants they killed because of there is nobody to care ..

But these people is not understanding the Real sayings of God..

Ladies like a bad creature of God in Muslim view there is only one benefit from ladies that is Fucking and Production. hooo.

Muhammed ( dhphoooooo ) Fucking man..
      RK

  15. We all worship the same God our Father of all, the first causes of all of creation. Islam, has in respect, more in common with the earlier Jewish understanding of God, Allah. The God of Judgment, and Vengeance, and Punishment, and mercy. More of a Fearful, aspect of God. The Jew’s, 2000 years ago,and Muslims today, Have an revolution toward the term Son of God. They both, look at it as Blasphemous, to consider yourself, as the Son or Son’s Of God. But they have no problem declaring themselves the Children of God, Allah. ” The Chosen People, Of Allah, God.
I have Study The Quran for many years now, and I have found it very similar in many aspects of the Old testament of the Bible, Torah. Islam, Like many religions, have various different sec’s, denominations within their own religion. They accept Jesus, as Great, prophet, but not as the Son of God, Allah. Islam accept Jesus the prophet’s, God, as Allah as their own God, Allah.. Allah is just, another Name For God. They also have been effected by other religions, Like Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Mithraism, Christianity. Similar to all religions of the world, have effected each other in one way or another. Or has come from, a past, and present understanding , Like Hinduism, Pagan to Monotheism.

The Trinity aspect, of most denomination of the Christianity and Hinduism, was not accept as part of the Islamic Faith, as well as in Judaism, and others
The Quran, Koran was the works of the prophet, Mohammad, through the Angel Gabriel from Allah, God. As a New Revelation from God, to the Islamic people, and the world.

As a Christian, I see the Quran as not so much as a new revelation, but as a repeat revelation of the Old testament. With a small, influenced or an incomplete teachings of Jesus Christ. It seems, Islam received the Messages, and Teaching of Jesus, but on a very limited way. At times with, a bit of distortion, of both Judaism, and Christianity. Now, I do not mean this as an insult, just a personal observation. Please accept my apologies, for I know, as the world does the sensitivity of the Muslim People.

My question to Muslims, if you accept that Allah, God has given his word and will through Angels, and Prophets. Why do you, have such reluctance in the belief, Of Son, or Sons of God? Or at least the concept, of the teaching of Jesus Christ? Allah, God is our Heavenly Father, and We , All are his Children. The son’s and daughters of God. That does not make, us equal, to God, it makes us as part of God, Allah. As a Family of God, from God, the First Cause of Creation itself. Please try to follow me, what I am trying to say. Allah, uses his Children, Prophets, angels to give a revelation of God to his son’s and daughters of God. His Children!
The Trinity, aspect of God, is mankind attempt to understand, the varying aspects of God. The God of Judgement, The God of Love and Mercy, The God of, the active force, Spirit of God, the word, and the truth, as one God.

All religions, are mankind’s Attempt to understand the Word and the Will of God. No, one Book, or Books can ever contain, the complete and total Revelation of whom God, our Father is. I truly believe, it is our arrogance that our scriptures are the final word of God. Allah’s revelation to his children will never stop. God’s Truth Is Changeless, mans truth of whom God is, are always changing towards a Higher, and Higher Morality.

Jesus Christ, Taught us, that the Highest Morality from God is to Love as Allah, Has Loved Us All! God, Allah is Love, so if it does not come from the Love of God. It does not come From God, Allah. I believe, that when, we look to our scriptures for the word of God. The spirit of Truth, which Jesus Christ talked about, is the Love of God, should be our determining factor of discriminating the word and the will of God. From The will, and the Word of mankind within our scriptures.

Our scriptures, are a evolving revelation, of the will and the word of God to mankind. The morality, and the prejudices of mankind, are an evolving revelation, of a Higher, and Higher morality of the scriptures that we have today. We mankind, come from a world of imperfection, trying to understand the complete word, and will of God. As immature children of God, we can never hope to completely understand the will and the word of God, by ourselves. I truly believe, that it will take all of entirety to truly know our Heavenly Father, Allah, will and word. Some of our brothers, and Sister of the Heavenly Host of God, Aka son’s of God, Angels of God have a higher understanding, to the word and the will of God. But even the heavenly Host, aka Sons of God, Angels have imperfection of God, Allah our Fathers will and word of God. Even the heavens, have Had War, were 1/3 of all the Angels, have fallen to the deception of the evil one.

God, Allah, has created all of Creation with Free Will. God does not want mindless worship of him. Within free will, is the potential of Evil, Sin, error Mistakes. God has given us the right, to be wrong. It is not God,Allah That created evil, it is our own selfishness, our will not God’s,Allah’s will. It is our duty to find God’s perfection through his will to be done. Not our Will, to be done. The problem with mankind, today, and in the past. Is calling mankind’s will as Gods Will. Thinking we are the only chosen people of God, and all else are not Gods Children. God, Allah is not Hate, God, Allah Is Love, and Mercy for all of God’s Children of all the world. There are No Fear, in Love! We are to Respect, God’s Will and Word, not to declare mankind’s Word, as God’s, Allah’s Word and Will of God, Allah.

All the worlds religions need to read, and interpret our scriptures with a discerning heart of God. If it does not come from the love of God, it does not come from God, But mankind. This realization, is needed today. It is our duty, to have our will to do the will of our Heavenly Father. But if God gave free will to his children, his Children should not take away free will from our fellow brothers, and sister. The word, and the will of God, should not be forced, through War, or deception on your fellow brothers and sister. That is the Works of Satan, not God. Satan was, is doing his will, not God’s, Allah’s. Please truly think about Allah’s Will and word. I pray for all of our brothers and sister, that our will, will be God’s Will to be done……….. The question, will we all, do the same, or will we revert back, and do our own will? If we all do God’s, Allah will there will be Peace on Earth, and in Heavens. God is Perfection, not imperfection.

  18. Hello, guys I’m 17 years old somalian girl, I was muslim and studied well, while it’s imaginary and unbelieviable thing inside but it was good enough, next when I turned to 8 I decided to choose what’s important for me, what’s good for my soul, I choosed nothing but to be Christian.
Do you know how hard is it to be Christian when you live in a muslim world such like Somalia? Do you know how beautiful is to have in relationship with Jesus my Savior and the Holy Spirit?
I tasted every thing how good is it!
I confused of what they wrote; any way believe the right way and don’t be decieved but be understanded.

  19. so i dont have to convert back to christianity because they basically the same?

  20. Ok.
    Ok.
    People are getting confused!
    Simple Answer given below!

Allah is the same as the Father God in the Christian Trinity.

    Clear?

Jews Christians & Muslims believe in “that” same God.

An Arab Christian calls God, “Allah”.
A Jew who speaks Arabic calls his/her Lord “Allah”.

Christians “add” another 2 elements to “that” God.
They add to God (Father God) a Son God & a Holy Spirit God.

A Christian may unintentionally think of each of those elements of God, seperately. So a Christian saying the word “God”, may be thinking the “Father God” or the “Son God” or the “Holy Spirit God”. Although those that profess the “Trinity” are taught to believe “The Father God (1) the Son God (2) & the Holy Spirit (3) are not 3 but equal 1 God”.

What I’ve written is not up for debate, it is merely stating the facts of the portion of Christians who believe in the Trinity & the Divinity of a God Christ. This is in no way a description of the Christians who do not accept Christ as a Supreme.

    • WRONG, WRONG, WRONG and WRONG!!! This is such a simple point, yet so exasperating. I’m sure most of you are reasonably intelligent in real life and are smart enough to hold a job and raise your kids. But when it comes to debating subject like religion, everybody’s IQ seems to drop collectively by 50 points.

Let me put it to you (and all of you reading this) in the simplest terms: THE CHRISTIAN GOD IS NOT THE SAME AS THE MUSLIM GOD.

      Here is why:

      1. The fact that the word for “God” in Arabic is “Allah” does not mean that the Muslim God is the same as the Christian God! This is a false analogy and a false leap of logic. There are many other languages in the world, that use a generic word for “god” regardless of the religion which is being referred to. This does not automatically make all religions share the same deity.

      2. The fact that both are “Abrahamic” religions does not mean anything. Buddhism and Hinduism are both classified as “dharmic” religions, but they are not the same. Common historical origin does not determine the true nature of the deity. See point (3) below. Taken loosely, Rastafari can be classified as an Abrahamic religion as well. Are you going to consider Haile Selassie the Islamic Allah as well??

      3. The true nature of the respective God in Islam and Christianity is determined by the character of God. And the only way to discern the character of God in Islam and Christianity is to read the Quran and the Bible respectively. Unless of course you have the ability to drop God a facebook message to ask him whether he is the same dude that the Bible and Koran refers to (if so I would very much like to know God’s facebook username as well…)

      4. In Christianity, God is the Trinity. This is a fact whether or not you believe in the Trinity or you think its all hogwash conjured up by the early Christians during the Council of Nicea. On the other hand, in Islam, God is strictly one being, and to say anything else is blasphemy. This alone should clue you in that the deities in both religions are different.

  21. wow this is soooooooooo weird i cant read all this but i’ll try to yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

  22. If Allah and The LORD are the same God, why do they say different things? You should compare their respective attributes as taught in the respective Holy Books. The Quran and The Bible. Anyone who bothers to compare will see that they are quite opposite.

  23. This is all just theory. And from my understanding a theory is made up by one persons own imagination. All your arguments have no right or wrong, it’s what YOU believe. Don’t base your facts from a mere book. Only the one who wrote the book may speak the Truth. This is why us humans do not wish to work together in prosperity. Our Creator, God, Allah, Judah, etc., they are all one in the same it is just that we cannot come to an agreement that we all were born by the same being. All this arguing is pointless. None of you shall know what is true. For if us humans knew the Truth would we really contain? I’ll leave you to decide. You, the inheritor of this world we call Earth.

  24. Islam means Peace and Muslim means to Submit to God,
So people of different religion if they believe in Peace and they submit themselves to God, then we all are following the same.
It’s our own greed and egos that keeps us accepting what suites us rejecting what doesn’t suit or benefits us. We keep wasting this valuable lives by finding differences in separating us instead of similarity which can unite us, after all we are all equal in God’s eye and created out of love, which is missing in all of us right now.

    • You’re speaking to the wrong crowd. Tell that to ISIS. Apparently they didn’t get the memo that “Islam means peace”.

Islam needs a better public relations campaign other than the one ISIS is running in the middle east right now. I suggest you get your top Al-azhar scholars to hire some top public relations firm to repair the irreparable damage that your extremist brothers are doing to your religion’s reputation. peace.
