    I am mixed up shouldn’t you have yin and yang so is it good to mix American and Korean

      I understand your logic, but the research I’ve done ALL report it unsafe to take both at the same time. They also state that ongoing consumption should not happen, but recommend taking either for a few months, then go through a cooling off phase for a few weeks. So, if you find you want to take both, I would will suggest switching from American to Korean after your cooling off period.

    Hey Robert
    The thing about Chinese medicine is you are trying to create balance in the system
    If the season is yin ( winter ) you boost with a yang herb.
    If the season is yang ( summer ) you use a yin herb.

    Also, herbal prescription is an entourage effect.
    It’s about the combination, so certain drugs that contradict each other are not used together.
    Korean in Autumn and winter, American in spring and summer is a simple way to look at it.
