    I think there are some serious spell check problems here. The word “margination” means the act of forming a margin, I think you meant marinate the act of soaking something in a marinade. Additionally you seem to use boil and broil interchangeably. To boil meat after you have marinaded it would be almost criminal. I guess the MFA program at Amherst didn’t care about spelling.

    “The flank steak is a beef steak that is usually cut from the lower chest or abdominal muscles of a cow. Commonly, the cut is associated with Colombia and is usually referred to as sobrebarriga which literary means “over the belly”.

    The local supermarkets sell a cut of beef as London broil before it is cooked. I doubt if they are referring to a method of cooking.
