Most direct answer I found to this question! Based on your details I am going to create a WPF instead of Forms. Because, User interface seems better and it support markup and can accomplish my goals maybe with better user thought!

    Thank You

Both the technologies co-exist, can be objectively compare on the parameters of –

    1. User experience (value)
    2. Implementation effort.
    3. Learning curve (developer comfort)
    4. Re usability ( open source support, COTS component).
    5. Application arch type programming unification (Web, Windows, mobile app, others).
    6. OS/ environment support.

    Benchmarking on this-
On #1,2,5 WPF have advantage over windows form.
On #3,6 Windows form have advantage over WPF.
On #4 is tie between two technologies.

Looking on this proposition, future lies with WPF, since place where Winform is adding value at this point of time, would diminish as more and more programmer adoption WPF and upgrades and new OS advancements.
Note – currently WPF support XP sp2 and later.
