Civic vs Jetta

When it comes to imported cars, it is usually a toss-up between European cars and Japanese cars, because of their performance and reliability. Although each person may have their own favorite brands, they are also often willing to bend a bit in order to get the most value out of their money.

The Honda Civic and the Volkswagen Jetta are two cars that are both sleek in their designs, and provide models that run on alternative forms of fuel, such as diesel and natural gas, making them extremely ideal for many potential car buyers. Another major difference is the cargo volume capacity of the trunk of these two sedan car models. The Jetta’s trunk compartment has a cargo volume capacity of 16 cubic feet. This is four cubic feet more than the Civic, allowing Jetta owners more space for packing and storage. This extra space is especially useful for families that go on long trips.

The interiors of the Honda Civic and the Volkswagen Jetta are very similar in their design. However, they do differ in the amount of leg room that they provide the passengers. The Honda Civic provides one inch more legroom to front car passengers when compared to the Jetta, providing drivers with more comfort and space while driving. While the Jetta does have a smaller leg room space for their front passengers, they do provide one inch more leg room for the passengers at the back.

Finally, there are the technological features provided by the Honda Civic and the Volkswagen Jetta. Volkswagen provides all their Jetta car models with standard heated washer fluid, heated front seats, daytime running lights and power heated mirrors. Honda has done the same for their Civic car models, but they have added a number of additional pieces of technology, such as a navigation system with voice recognition, a USB interface, and a 60/40 split folding rear seat.
