I still don’t have clear this difference.
Is you say when we are not sure which word to use, use under, but when talking about position por things you say below.
I’m trying to use this words in a preposition of place, for me is under when both surfaces touch themselves, under the cover and below when there’s a minimal distance between surfaces, but what about under the table, there is a distance because the table between. I’m getting crazy heeeeelp pleeeeeaaaaaee

      To Jenny.

Under is not only used when there is contact between objects, but when something is “covered” by something, like “to be under an umbrella”. The umbrella is not touching the person, but you are covered by it. The same as “under the table”. The surface or top of the table is covering something.

On the contrary, below doesn’t cover or protect anything: the sofa is below the picture (that’s hanging on the wall).

      I hope this helps.
      Cheers!

How is the golfer not feeling well when playing below par? I thought using less strokes is considered to be better in golf.

    Best regards

    good
just one query that you give long differences which is hard to understand like ‘There is very little difference between under and below. They are both prepositions meaning something is lower or less than something else. Generally under is used more widely than below and if there is some concern as to which word to use the safe choice is under.’ please fix this problem

There is a very little difference in the usage of under and below. In my opinion, below can be used for things which are immovable e.g His shop is
situated below my house, while under is used for things movable e.g.The cat is under the table.
